NOMINATION FORM FOR
PRESIDENT ELECT, SECRETARY ELECT,
TREASURER ELECT AND COUNCILORS

Nominations must be submitted online by 5:00 pm November 27, 2010.



Nominations are requested for President Elect, Treasurer Elect, Secretary Elect and Council Members (6 seats).


You may nominate only one person for each of the Elect positions and up to 6 people for the 6 open Council positions.

The term for the President Elect will be from 2011-2013 prior to assuming duties for the term of 2013-2015.
The term for the Treasurer Elect and the Secretary Elect will be from 2012-2013 prior to assuming duties for the term of 2013-2015.
The term for each Council member will be from 2011-2015.
