Networking Events | Registration Materials | Exhibitor Package | Custom Support
Select from a variety of networking events, meeting programs and services, or a custom support package created to meet your organization’s goals. Packages will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Support funds help defray the costs of invited speakers, printing and social events, allowing ASN to lower registration fees and increase attendance. Networking Events1. Opening Reception (June 25) Minimum $15,000
Primary social function at the meeting provides an opportunity for attendees to share ideas, discuss business and catch up with colleagues.

3. Refreshment Breaks (June 26, 27, 28, 29) Minimum $3000 each
Meeting participants will enjoy refreshments and food amid the meeting’s exhibits and posters.

- (2) Signs with company logo at sponsored break
- Acknowledgement with other supporters in final program
- Acknowledgement on ASN web site
- Acknowledgement during a Plenary Session
- Registration mailing list for one-time use (post meeting)
4. Closing Reception (June 29) Minimum $10,000
Final social function to be held at Monona Terrace Convention Center provides an opportunity for attendees to discuss science and share their experiences of the past week.

- Hospitality table at Closing Reception
- Full page b/w advertisement in final program
- Acknowledgement with other supporters in final program
- Acknowledgement on ASN web site
- Acknowledgement during a Plenary Session
- Registration mailing list for one-time use (post meeting)
1. Annual Meeting Portfolio / Bag – Minimum $1,500
The supporter’s corporate logo will be imprinted on the front cover of the portfolio or bag. Exclusive support.
2. ASN Partner – Minimum $1,000
ASN partnership provides general support of the ASN 36th Annual Meeting and will help support the meeting’s excellent program and events and minimize registration fees for the membership.
Exhibitors will be located in the foyer and meeting room where all refreshment breaks and poster sessions take place. This is an excellent opportunity to talk with attendees throughout the meeting.10x10 Exhibit Space – $1,000
