  1. If you already have an ASN account please log into your account. Otherwise setup your own ASN account. Instructions how to setup your ASN account can be found here.

  2. After you have entered your ASN account please click on 'submissions' in the menu bar and then in the appearing submenue on 'Submit proposals'.

  3. You may then immediately submit a proposal for the next years meeting by clicking the 'Submit new proposal' link. Already sumitted proposals are found here as well and can be changed trough out the submission periode.

  4. On the proposal submission form you'll find further instructions that will help you to fill in the form correctly.





  1. Log into your ASN account or create one if you have not already. Instructions how to setup your ASN account can be found here.

  2. When you have entered your ASN account you please click on 'submissions' in the menu bar and then in the appearing on submenu: Submit photo contest form

  3. You may then immediately open the photo contest form by clicking the 'Submit new photo contest form' link. The already submitted photo contest items are listed here as well and can be changed throughout the submission period.

  4. On the photo contest form you'll find further instructions and rules that will help you to fill in the form correctly.

  5. You can upload your high quality image file in the section " IMAGE FILE UPLOAD" of the form.
    Files must be submitted in a high-resolution (300 dpi) .tif (TIFF) or .jpg (JPEG) format, sized for a 24" x 36" poster.  
    After you have choosen your image file from your harddrive and clicked the " Upload file" button a small window will open showing the upload progress. Be aware that the upload of your file can take several minutes depending on its size.

  6. After you have filled in the form and uploaded your image please submit the form using the " submit" button on the bottom of the form.

 

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS FEBRUARY 15, 2018

  2. When you have entered your ASN account you first have to register for the meeting and submit your abstract. Instructions how to submit an abstract can be found here.

  3. After you have submited your abstract you will be enabled to submit a travel award application. Therefore please go to the travel award section of the meeting overview page of your account.

  4. You may then immediately open the travel award application form by clicking the 'Submit new YIEE / YLA travel award application form' link. The already submitted travel award application is found here as well and can be changed throughout the submission period.

  5. On the YIEE / YLA travel award application submission form, you will find further instructions that will help you fill in the form correctly.
