- January 5th, 2023 -
Dear ASN Community,
I want to wish each of you a healthy and successful New Year in 2023.
The annual ASN meeting is a unique meeting that brings together young and seasoned scientists together to experience cutting edge neurochemistry and neurobiology, and for enhancing the careers of young investigators.
The 2023 ASN Meeting will offer a dynamic and exciting scientific program presenting 4 internationally renowned Plenary Speakers together with 24 symposia and 10 colloquiums covering the most recent evidence on a wide range of research topics. Our Diversity and Inclusion committee is dedicated to having an inclusive venue, collaborative culture, and a safe and professional environment. Multiple social gatherings will unite young and established scientists with diverse expertise and backgrounds. New and emerging scientists will be recognized with prestigious awards while poster sessions will host lively discussions to trigger future collaborations.
To encourage participation of young investigators and trainees, especially underrepresented minorities, we have travel awards - application information can be found HERE. Please encourage your trainees to apply, and do bring your students and staff, who will love the opportunity to connect, collaborate and highlight their research.
On behalf of the ASN Council/Officers/Planning committee, I warmly welcome you to the upcoming ASN 2023 Annual Meeting which will be held in Lexington, Kentucky at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from March 18 to 22, 2023.
Seema Kaushayla Tiwari-Woodruff, PhD
