  1. Please go to your ASN account and login at ASN SignIn page.
    If you already have an ASN account please log into your account. Otherwise setup your own ASN account. Instructions how to setup your ASN account can be found here.

  2. After you have entered your ASN account you can register for a meeting by paying the registration fee using the integrated ASN online store being provided by Authorize.net.
    • To register, click on 'Meeting Registration' in the navigation bar if you have not been forwarded to the meeting overview page of your account.
           Note:
      • Members – in order to receive the Member discounted registration fee, you must have paid your 2016 dues and you have to pay your 2017 dues along with the appropriate member registration fee.
      • Members NOT current with 2016 dues may pay their dues while registering to qualify for the reduced rate.
      • Registrants may also contribute to ASN special funds, which fund several prestigious awards presented at our meeting.
      • If your credit card is not accepted during the purchase, please make sure that you enter the name and address of the credit card holder on the checkout page! Otherwise the credit card check through the Authorize.net Webstore will fail.
      • Please make sure that your webbrowser is accepting cookies and JavaScript is turned on. The webstore requires cookies and JavaScript to track your shopping cart. So please enable cookies and JavaScript in your privacy settings of your webbrowser. For further instructions how to enable JavaScript see the following link:

      • If you are an invited speaker and you are not recognized as invited speaker please contact asnmanager@asneurochem.org to let them enter your account email address on the invited speakers list.
      • Please note that ASN members always have to pay the registration fee and do not qualify for "waived" speaker registration.

  3. After you have paid the registration fee you are registred for the meeting.

  4. You may then immediately submit an abstract (with up to 350 words) in the abstract submission section of the meeting overview page or you may return at a later time to do so. Already submitted abstracts are found here as well and can be changed through out the submission periode.
