Registration and attendance at, or participation in ASN 2024 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes. 

Badge Scanning

By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan my badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. Please note: Badge scanning for access by the Meeting Organizer may be required and your information will remain confidential. 

Registration Rates

Onsite Payment

For Onsite registration, we can only accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard payments. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the conference. Cash or cheques will NOT be accepted onsite. 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ASN 2024 Annual Meeting Secretariat’s email address by January 26, 2024, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 100.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after January 26, 2024, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permittedby re-accessing the original attendee’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new attendee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Meeting. 

Registration fees for delegates registering under the Low-Middle Income categories are non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that the Meeting is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded. 

Travelling to the United States (International Delegates)

It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into the United States.

Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visitor Visa and authorization to enter the United States will be issued to you ONLY after your registration has been completed and full payment received by the Meeting Planner.  Further instructions on how to obtain your Invitation Letter will be provided during the registration process. 

Liability

The Meeting Secretariat cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the 54^th Annual ASN Meeting. In addition, the Meeting Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control.
