ASN members attending the Annual Meeting are encouraged to showcase the artistic side of scientific imaging by entering the Presidential Imaging Art of Science Image Contest. Past Presidents of ASN will be judges and select four (4) final images that will be showcased during the annual meeting. Winners will receive a certificate in addition to recognition during the meeting.
Judging is based on scientific significance, originality, and artistic and/or visual impact of the images. Images submitted for competition may be obtained using any imaging technique, i.e., histology, IHC, EM, heat maps etc., or obtained by combining multiple images into one artistic image. All images must have a connection to Neurochemistry/Neuroscience research.
Attend the whole meeting, watch your image and get famous.
